Рассматривается проблема отражения в национальном языке этнокультурных ценностей, формирование которых обусловлено конфессиональными основаниями; постулируется актуальность и релевантность лингвоконфессионального подхода к осмыслению и интерпретации феномена лингвоконфессиональной идентичности. Показано, что язык конкретной конфессии концептуализирует и сохраняет на века фундаментальные этноконфессиональные ценности, отражает специфику национальных форм жизни каждого народа, его духовный мир и ментальность, отношение к себе и к другим, морально-нравственные законы и особые константы конфессионального сознания.

Sets out the basics of the concept of ethno-confessional identity of a linguistic personality; the need for a systematic study of the specifics of verbal-semiotic representation of the spiritual and moral values of various faiths (Orthodoxy, Catholicism, Protestantism, Islam, Judaism, etc.) is examined; it is comprehended that the person speaking / thinking in the cultural space of society acts as a multi-person personality: he is at the same time a member of society, a linguistic person, a communicating person, a believing person, and a confessional person, etc. In this aspect, it is relevant to study those cognitive-semiotic, pragmatic, mental-derivational and other mechanisms, means and methods by which the national language actualizes in its units, preserves and passes on from generation to generation the confessional culture of a particular society, as well as multifactorial study of the specifics of linguistic embodiment, presentation of the phenomenon of confessional identity.
