Rezumat | ||||||
Human rights are a package of essential obligations of the state towards its subordinates and prohibitions to intervene in certain spheres of human life. In other words, if an individual has a right, then the power has an obligation corresponding to that right, and if a person has a freedom, it means that there is such a dimension in the life of that man in which the power cannot intervene. Thus, when we talk about human rights we refer to the relationship between the individual and the power (state). |
