This paper is concerned with understanding as an intellectual instrument for clarifying the notional field. The author tries to raise awareness in the researchers’ community and public opinion as to why it is important to promote understanding as a key tool in the conditions of the Information Era. From this point of view, knowledge-based society and society of knowledge like a synonym and to be conceived as a part of the Information Era. |
