Rezumat

Small and average businesses offer opportunity to the person who wants to assert himself economically. We all want to be independent, but this wish does not make us all entrepreneurs. A businessman can see his dream come true success, power, money, but he can see his wealth wasted too. Who are these entrepreneurs and what makes them work harder and to risk so much, without the guarantee of success? Psychologists have developed tests trying to determine whether a person has entrepreneurial skills or not. Tests have their role, but it is not absolutely necessary for an individual to possess all of these traits to be successful in business. Most people start a business without trying their entrepreneurial potential, but basing themselves on experience and motivation for success.
