The article summarizes the available historical and archaeological information about the horde (nomadic rate) of ulusbek Khadzhibey in the middle of the XIV century. before the battle of the river Blue Waters in 1362 BC. It is established that this horde was referred to as "Yabu-town" ("Governor's town"). The main territories of her summer wandering were forest-steppe areas between the Dnieper and Dniester, with the center in the settlement of Torgovytsia. Every autumn the nomadic headquarters of the ulusbek moved to the south for wintering, to the Black Sea coast, to the areas of the Ginestra anchorage, «Khadzhibeyev Lighthouse», and to the Ochakov area.
