Rezumat

Language learning involves the study of language material according to its basic structures: pronunciation (phonetics and phonology), grammar (morphology and syntax), vocabulary and spelling. Most researchers in the field of linguistics and language teaching agree that the pronunciation is of primary importance.Learning a language takes into account the following aspects: Theoretical familiarization with language material and practical mastery of the respective language, which involves the transformation of theoretical knowledge into practical abilitiesand skills. A qualitative study of the language as an object of research and a means of communication is based on scientific research in the field of linguistics and language teaching, which takes into account the primacy of the phonetic and phonological structure of the language among other language structures and the need to study the material of the language in the from thcomparative and comparative perspective with the native language, which will enable to observe the principle of consciousness in teaching and learning thus reachingthe high-quality mastering of the language material and, as noted above, will reveal those features of the given languages that remain unnoticed in the descriptive analysis of each language separately.
