Rezumat | ||||||
The article describes the support mechanisms for non-profit organizations in the Republic of Moldova, with examples of similar measures taken in foreign countries at different times. Non-profit organizations have become full-fledged participants in the implementation of state policy in various spheres, mainly social, having accumulated experience in the development of the social sphere, the use of funds for the provision of social services in conditions of a limited budget, and high efficiency of funds spent. Therefore, each state seeks to use the opportunities of non-profit organizations, eliminating financial and organizational difficulties in the functioning of non-profit organizations, in particular, high financial instability, by improving legislation. |
