| Rezumat | ||||||
The article aims at investigating abuse of dominant position practices in the Republic of Moldova. The extent of market dominance in the country was evaluated and the national and international cases of abuse of dominant position were discussed. It was stated the importance of prevention and prohibition of abuse of dominance for ensuring fair competition. |
