În this paper were analyzed the most important challenges and aspects regarding the insertion of young specialists on the labor market in Moldova. Thus, the most important aspects related to the integration of young specialists are: the skills formed in higher education institutions, the integration of young specialists in the new job, the remuneration of young specialists in the first years of activity, but also the performances recorded by them during this period. Thus, the approached methodology focused on the use of the following methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abduction, scientific abstraction. In conclusion, we can mention that in order to faci-litate the integration process of young specialists it is necessary to invest in the conti-nuous development of young specialists, to conclude partnerships between universities and the business environment that could provide support in the integration and adap-tation process of young specialists.
