THE IMPORTANCE OF THE UVOLOGY
STUDY IN HOMOLOGATION OF THE WINE SORTS
The results of The study of new uvololgy sorts with a high resistance at the biotical and no biotical factors of the environment, as well as to the new clons from the European countries selection allow us to choose on the base of the scientific and practical arguments. The uvological studies implemented in Republic of Moldova notes a responsible attitude of the projects participants of new massif of vine given agro-biological and oenological characteristics of the proposed races in to creation of new massif. The physicchemical signs of certain important components how is the concentration of 3,5 diglicozides of malvidol, metilantranilat and others, correspond to the European Union law, and so technological to the global vine growing market exigency. |
