The authors highlight the grounds and procedure for the suspension of individual labor contracts with professional athletes in the Republic of Moldova. The relevance of the topic lies in its insufficient coverage. At the same time, the work of professional athletes is regulated by the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova, the Law „On Physical Culture and Sports” № 330-XIV of 03.25.2999, the Rules for the Transition of Young Soccer Players in the Republic of Moldova, as well as international regulations. |
