Biosafety and biohazards are concepts that are increasingly attracting the attention of both scientists and the general public, concerned about the risks and threats to the living environment, living conditions, and the prospects for development and evolution of human as biological specie. The issue of human survival by building standards and norms that would promote the biotechnologies of the future and potential innovations harmless and environmentally friendly for nature, becomes a priority for public discourse with a social and political impact. The scientific community, scientists and researchers in various fields of science, are destined to work together to achieve a common goal in the foreseeable future - to develop a policy and strategy of sustainable and effective survival of the human community on Earth and of the overcome, in conditions of biosecurity, of the threat of global biohazards. Thus, the dangers involving the biological component, become the central concern of scientists. The issue of human safety implies not only the defense of social equity and of human rights, but also the elimination or significant reduction of human risks in the context of global changes that involve immediate and latent bio-hazards.
