The article presents data on one of the basic factors of the productivity of common autumn wheat – the weight of the grains per spice, depending on the genotype and the conditions of the year. Through correlation, factorial analyzes and calculation formulas, the degree of dependence between the structural elements of the spike, the coefficients of heritability, phenotypic and genotypic variation, the genetic progress for the productivity components was established. Medium-level genetic progress (12.56… 19.10%) has been found for most characters (except for the number of spicules per spike), but real chances of improving the productivity of the spic only exist when its association with the heritability coefficient high level, this being more likely in the case of the length of the grain, the mass of the grain and the mass of the grain per grain. |
