Learning as a participatory process, as a lived experience, with the main purpose of understanding the correlation between knowledge, skills, attitudes and values and to ensure their transfer in behavior, in concrete life situations; the main capacity of teachers, supported by mastery of the relevant content and form of expected learning outcomes, becomes the design of learning experiences; imagination is the main characteristic of the „good teacher”; he masterfully designs scenarios of activities, creates events, „critical incidents” that are nothing but relevant learning paths that motivate and keep students focused in a natural way. The sum of the professional competencies of the pedagogue and their degree of development conditions the extent to which he can assume various professional roles; society can dictate others – the ideal pedagogue. |
