Rezumat

The national education system in part and in a global context as a whole depends directly on ensuring the sustainable development of world economic systems. Knowing and comprehending the level of provision of educational services at national level is one of the national priorities. The article addresses an important issue for the nation and for humanity - education and its development prospects in an evolution of about 20 years since the establishment of the governing independence of the two states. Although some geographical and economic characteristics do not allow us to do a comparison, we still consider the education without borders and the previous application of a unique education system we can approach this subject in compatibility for the two states. The authors have tried to relay a parallel evolution of the educational systems of the two states over the last 20 years. The conclusions of the study provide premises for finding that the two systems faced approximately the same problems and are influenced by the same factors in ensuring a quality educational service. This topic has been studied by authors in previous research, allowing them to provide well-founded and relevant conclusions.
