At present, the criminal acts have a very wide spread, and the methods of committing are various. One of these facts, which directly affects the social relations regarding the authenticity of the evidence in a penal trial, is the falsification of the evidence. Thus, in order to elucidate all the methods and ways of accomplishing this illicit fact, we consider it appropriate that, in the present scientific approach, we carry out a detailed analysis of the objective side of the offenses of falsification of evidence in a criminal trial. |
