The public service finds now a great development and evolution in the most of the states. However, as the public system differs from one country to another, the civil service has its conditions and needs regarding the management of it. In this article were analyzed and approached several of the comparative aspects in the public service from different European states, presenting the factors that determine the common standards and the specific ones. |
