Rezumat

Education is the most important phenomenon of the socialspiritual life of society, its significance being the transmission of knowledge and life experience. The cultivation of cultivated man is a major objective of education, which is achieved by transmitting and receiving values, by forming attitudes and beliefs of respecting values. Educating in the axiological perspective involves designing the educational process to reach the standard of efficiency; identifying and exploiting the values of education and responding to all searches. The inclusion of the axiological perspective in the present education must become a main subject, a functional criterion of pedagogical action, to which all actors of education are subordinated. The system of social values constitute the premise from which reveals the educational values structured in end points. The size of the educational values, reflected by the fact that they are created by knowledge, and knowledge is educational. Knowledge of the change, transform, improves human being, who ascribed them a new value, which, in turn, is an action in the field of education. By analysing these thoughts about value and their role in education, in literature, philosophical and pedagogical it highlights the various attributes, although in ancient times the values were considered virtues, Christianity has brought to the foreground scholastic values, the Humanists have opted for culture and morality.
