| Rezumat | ||||||
Based on archival data, the article discusses the history of the construction and consecration of the Orthodox church in the Bulgarian colony of Cheshma-Varuit. The issues of prehistory, the creation of a house of worship in the village, the collection of material resources and the construction of a church building, the acquisition of devices for worship and the consecration of the temple were examined. The questions about the significance of the Church in the life of Bulgarian colonists, the composition of the church clergy, and the creation of a library with theological literature at the church are partially investigated. |
