This article explores the institution of EU citizenship, in particular, legal nature as phenomenon hate distain the context of globalization processes. It gives a description of the most important features of EU citizenship, methods of its acquisition. The effects of EU citizenship are also projected. In particular, the problems that it entails are highlighted and the advantages of acquiring it are considered. |
