The article presentsthe difference between Mill’s and Bentham’s utilitarian theory. Some issues related to the choice between the “Greatest Happiness” for the biggest amount of people and protection of interests of one single person are described. The article goes about connection of utilitarianism and law on the example of copyright and an intellectual property protection. |
