The formation of the political culture of youth is a purposeful process of training and education, which includes the development of social experience developed by mankind, the development of a consciousness that is in accordance with the norms of a modern democratic society, and preparation for an adequate reality of conventional behavior. In other words, this is the process of becoming an individual as a subject and object of political relations. The pedagogical process of forming a political culture is understood as an integral developing system. This approach allows focusing on the following components: political knowledge, social and intellectual skills, value system and institutional experience.
