| Rezumat | ||||||
An analysis of studies on the problems of holdings, financial-industrial groups and other integrated structures, which include subsidiaries and dependent business entities, indicates that the issues related to the legal status of subsidiaries and dependent business entities are not well understood. The existing legal regulation is clearly unsatisfactory: the rules on subsidiaries and dependent business companies contained in the current legislation give the most general prescriptions that require further development and clarity of wording. On the whole, relations of economic dependence and control of legal entities require complex legal regulation and coordination of regulatory and legal acts of various industry affiliations. |
