The modelling of DO-BOD interaction to estimate the river’s ability to recover the oxygen concentration shows a considerable potential of the Dniester River under conditions of sufficient level and flow velocity. The recovery potential of the Reut River is more problematic and needs the competent management, like all small rivers in Moldova. |
