This research presents data on the abundance, biomass, biodiversity, bioproductivity and bioindication of macroinvertebrates’ communities of the Dniester River during 2016. Composition and structure of benthic macroinvertebrate community reflected the water quality and anthropogenic load on the ecosystem of the Dniester River. According to the obtained results, the most suitable conditions of zoobenthos development have been evaluated on the sampling stations Camenca, Erjovo, Goieni and Cocieri. The most unfavorable conditions were noted on the sampling stations Naslavcea and Soroca. This is dealing with significant fluctuations in the water level (Naslavcea) and a constant pollution by sewage (Soroca). |
