Rezumat

This review article provides insights into the potential use of the positive outcome of a family conflict resolution procedure. Information promotion of examples of peaceful and mutually agreed conflict resolution contributes to the formation of social instruments and also increases the level of public trust. Mass media can support the implementation of family policy objectives in the framework of strengthening the family union, as well as preserve relationships, protecting them from destructive influence in the initial stages of the conflict.
