it was revealed in the article that modern development of science and technology, change of approaches to doing business and constant competitive struggle for consumer require construction enterprises quickly adapt to the environment challenges. Businesses are constantly looking for ways to reach new markets, gain new competitive advantages, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing ones, seeking ways to generate high profits. Industry 4.0 and digitization of production processes make it possible not only reach a new level of production, improve processes of information seeking, introduction of new technologies, but also opens door for domestic enterprises to foreign markets for product sales. It was proved that construction enterprises in order to improve their standing and to meet all the needs of the population, need to be innovative and try to reduce cost of commissioned facilities through introduction of energy-efficient technologies.
