Dispensers on synthetic cord base for plum fruit moth sexpheromone were created and tested under laboratory and natural conditions. With the purpose of prolongation the pheromone release process from dispensers, a thin layer of polivinil chloride was applied on them after loading. The results obtained demonstrated that diffusion and emissionof pheromone under natural conditions displayed a uniform character, and after 30 – 40 days of exposing to environment factors the quantity of active substance in them was at the level of 0.6 – 1.0 mg, which constituted 12 to 20% of that loaded. Such dispensers could be utilized both, for pest development and in combatting this periculous plum fruit moth. |
