The new variety of Pimpinella anisum L. - Aroma Dalba was created and proposed forfarmcultivation. The fruits (seeds) production of Aroma Dalba variety was 258 kg/ha. The essential oil obtained from fruits by the hydrodistillation method was 7.702% (dry matter). The qualitative and quantitative analysis by GC GC-MS attested that the essential oil contained 19 compounds, with identification rate of 99.85%. The essential oil included 5 major components. The highest concentration had trans-anethole that costituted 89.0%. Other major compoundswere iso-eugenol acetonitrile with concentration of 4.59%; γ-himachalene - 3.02%; butanoic acid,2- methyl- 4-methoxy-2-(3-methyloxiranyl) phenyl ester - 1.13%. |
