The influence of salinization on the variability of the tomato male gametophyte characteristics was studied. It was shown that the combination of the pollen grain and analysis of variance methods allowed to estimate the gametophyte reaction and to find the differences between genotypes by their salinization resistance. This can be used for the identification of the promising techniques for tomato selection |
