Rezumat

From november 2008 till december 2009 the stability of cellular membranes in the circular fragments of leafs of Buxus sempervirens against the shock with temperature 54,55,56 C has been investigated. Circular fragments of leafs of Buxus have been subjected to a heat shock at different temperaturesand periods of exposition. The damages caused of heat shock have been determinated by the method of electrolytes leakage. It was revealted that in sommer the stability of membranes against the heat shock has a maximum index and above to a marked degree then in other seasons.In winter the termotolrrance of B. sempervirens is least and increase in spring, in the fl ower phase. In sommer, in the frult phase, the termotolerance of B. sempervirens is optimum, and in autumn it begin to fall.
