Leaves of Quercus petraea and Q. pubescens have been subjected to a heat shock at different temperatures and periods of exposition. The damages caused by heat shock have been determined by the method of electrolytes leakage. The sigmoid increasing of electrolytes leakage in dependence of temperature of exposition has been observed. They have specifi c kinetics parameters in dependence of species of oak. The obtained results support the conclusion that the method of electrolyte leakage can be recommended for determining the differences of species of plants growing in identical conditions. |
