Rezumat

Exposed a decline and eliminationantigens of potato virus X under effect of clinorotation, that allows drawing a conclusion about high gravysensitivity system of „PVX – potato plant”. Combination of methods of clinorotation and clonal microreproduction allowed to get explants, free of this virus and to regenerate plants in the in vitro culture. Testing the reclaims by the method of RT-PCR (Reverse Transcription PCR, RT-PCR) confi rmed the absence of antigens of potato virus X . At the same time found out other systems of «phytovirus– host plant » with a different sensitiveness to the action of factor, that requires further researches.
