Poplars are very important species not only in industry but also in biology being model tree species. The methods of microclonal propagation, direct regeneration from leaf explants and adaptation of regenerants from in vitro culture to greenhouse conditions of black poplar Populus nigra L., aspen P. tremula L. and hybrid poplar Р. х canadensis Moench were developed. |
