| Rezumat | ||||||
The article analyzes the experience of creating the Gagauz statehood in the common Turkic context. The presence of the Turkic continuum in Budjak is emphasized for a very long time. At the same time, the Dobrudjan principality and Uzi-sanjak have no direct relation to the statehood of the Gagauzes ancestors. The author comes to the conclusion that the common Turkic traditions of statehood have become one of the foundations that made it possible to form the Gagauz Republic. In the future, it is necessary to use positive experience and avoid negative experience of general Turkic statehood. |
