Vuran – 0.7 % dust, which is composed of permethrin, S- fenvalerate, and talc neopiamin against chicken red mite (Dermanyssus gallinae) was tested on poultry farms in different regions of Russia in the floor and hencoop-battery poultry keeping. The treatment was made in the presence of birds using the knapsack dusters in the rate of 10 g/m2 surface of the floor, surface of walls and supporting pillars in the floor keeping and 15 g per m2 of cage equipment in hencoop keeping twice with the interval of 8-10 days. The drug showed 100% effectiveness against chicken red mites during 70 days. |
