| Rezumat | ||||||
The work is consecrated to the incidence of cattle lameness in the Republic of Moldova. Sick animals can’t move to the pasture, don’t benefit of the sun and of the outdoors movement. These affections determine in breeding cows a lower milk and meat production, and a decreased sex drive. The reduction of the productive capacities and the treatment of the acropodial diseases increase the price of the products. Exploitation of these animals by taking them to slaughterhouses is unprofitable because most of the times the meat is of low quality. There has been made an analysis of the negative economical effects produced by the acropodial diseases and an analysis of the benefits of the prophylaxis and treatment measures taken in time in livestock cattle. |
