Статья посвящена анализу восточных переводов в поэтической практике В.С. Соловьёва. Рассматриваются причины обращения лирика к творчеству Хафиза. Определяются соловьёвские принципы поэтического перевода, изучается степень их воплощения в переводах стихотворений Хафиза. Особое внимание уделяется рассмотрению тематики и поэтики «восточных» произведений Соловьёва. Делается вывод об их важности и для развития творчества самого Соловьёва, и для эволюции русского поэтического перевода ХIХ века в целом.

This article analyzes the Eastern translations in V. S. Solovyov’s poetic practice. The lyricist’s reasons of his addressing to Hafiz’s works are considered. Solovyov’s principles of poetic translation are determined, the degree of their implementation in the translations of Hafiz’s poems is studied. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of subject matter and poetics of Solovyov’s "eastern" works. The conclusion of their importance for both the development of Solovyov’s works and the evolution of Russian poetic translation of the ХIХ century is made.
