Rezumat

An efficient one-pot synthesis of benzylamino coumarin derivatives via a three-component condensation of 4-hydroxycoumarin, cyclic secondary amine, and aromatic aldehyde in the presence of magnesium oxide nanoparticles as a heterogeneous catalyst in water as a green solvent at room temperature.shemeScheme1: Three-component reaction between of 4-hydroxycoumarin 1, secondary amine 2 and aromatic aldehyde 3 in aqueous media.
