The article discusses the key factors of influence on the development of human capital. The importance of human capital in the system of formation of innovative entrepreneurship social sphere is characterized. The positions of innovative entrepreneurship social sphere of countries with emergent economy in international ratings are investigated. The modern trends of innovative entrepreneurship social sphere and the features inherent in countries with an emergent economy are identified. The significance of the specific and total human capital in determining the state policy for the development of innovative entrepreneurship is determined. The dynamics of indicators of entrepreneurship in various countries of the world in the context of their types is studied. The correlations of social and commercial entrepreneurship are determined and the gender profile of modern entrepreneurship and the features of innovative entrepreneurship taking into account gender characteristics are analyzed. The dynamics of gender indicators is analyzed. Gender inequality by type of business is determined. The strategic priorities of forming an effective state policy for the development of innovative entrepreneurship social sphere are given. |
