The development of the financial market involves the improvement of its infrastructure. In order to activate the processes of the derivatives market in emerging derivatives markets, measures are needed to establish its fullfledged infrastructure and tools corresponding to international practice. The creation of an effectively functioning repository is connected with the need to solve a number of problems: - determination of the optimal volume of transaction data provided to the repository, - standardization of transaction reports, - creation of a system of identifiers of OTC market participants, - determination of the scope and procedure for the transfer of information to end users – market participants, arbitration and regulatory authorities. World practice shows that the further development of the OTC derivatives market is extremely difficult without the creation of a full-fledged system of systemic risk management, like the one that operates on futures exchanges. In such circumstances, the registration of OTC derivatives transactions becomes the main mechanism for ensuring financial stability, and the repository becomes the Central infrastructure organization in the structure of the derivatives market, which receives, accumulates and systematizes data on OTC derivatives transactions, as well as discloses this information.
