This article is dedicated to some problems due the career management in Moldova. This paper suggests to identity some possibilities in order to make the managerial work more efficent their chain of command development. The success of the managerial career is mainly determined by the managers’ understanding of the fact that the major weight of the technical abilities on the inferior levels of management is decreasing according to the hierarchical evolution in the favor of the conceptual abilities and o the human relation development. |
