| Rezumat | ||||||
The present investigation elucidates the need and significance of scientific research as a component of vocational education, as well as some possible directions for enhancing the quality of vocational training programs by using an effective educational tool - the research hatchery. In order to achieve the stated objectives, the results of the opinion survey were used (on a sample of 310 respondents) carried out within the activities of the European Union project "Rural Development Areas of the Republic of Moldova" implemented by the Austrian Development Cooperation in partnership with CE PRO DIDACTICA and Donau Soja, the findings made during the work of the commissions for evaluating a series of vocational programs, and the synthesis of some available publications reflecting the creation and functioning of research hatcheries in some universities. |
