The process of allocating budgetary resources aims to achieve the social and economic objectives of the Government. Also to establish the link between resource allocation and policy outcomes is applying new methods of budget management. One of these methods is to substantiate and monitor the budget for programs. Program budgeting is an effective management tool in setting priorities and making decisions on the allocation of budgetary resources in the future depending on the results. |
