The concept of atypical work, is becoming more and more studied in the last decades, and thus the doctrinaires have been trying to define it, to give a classification of the atypical forms of work and to make proposals with regards to improving the labor legislation or creating a new mechanism of legal regulation of some atypical forms of work which are currently outside of the legal framework. |
