The article suggests a new design of the sowing apparatus with a peripheral arrangement of cells in the seed disc and a passive device to remove excess seeds inertial method for precise seeding of row crops. Experimental research of the proposed device on the seed sowing of sugar beet, determined the effect of vacuum in the vacuum chamber and the sowing of the seed disc circumferential speed by a factor of the cells. The proposed construction of a new pneumomechanical sowing machine can significantly reduce the vacuum in the system, increasing the peripheral speed of the seed disc cells to the values of forward speed sowing unit in the qualitative filling cells. To construct of response surfaces and lines smooth exit for the coefficient of the cells of the seed disc software package was used Statistica 6.0. |
