Evolution of the international settlements regarding the legal status of the fighter. Together with the evolution of the international settelemts of a formal nature towards the complex phenomen of the armed conflict, a special attention is focused on the edification of a legal juridical base of the legal status of the fighters as a major category within the participants at the hostilities during the international armed conflict. Express determination of the legal status of the fighter through the international settlements has a major importance for the process of ensuring of the difference principle and of the norms of the international humanitarian law. |
