This paper deals with the principle of separation of state’s powers issue from the perspective of constitutional, political, legal and historical context and contemporary social democracy Viewed as a fundamental tenet of the current parliamentary democracy, separation of state’s powers ensures the distribution of power to be exercised, to different organisms, which are assigned or entrusted certain leading prerogatives.According to this principle, none of the three powers does not prevail over the other and cannot assume prerogatives accruing to the other. |
