Ensuring an inclusive environment is a participatory process, involving all social actors in developing and implementing the objectives and principles of inclusion. On September 25, 2015, world leaders adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which states commit to: build a better future for all people, including millions who have been deprived of a chance at a decent, rewarding and satisfying life; to realize their human potential; to eradicate poverty, reduce inequality and save the planet from ecological degradation and climate change. The International Disability Alliance (IDA) promotes the rights of persons with disabilities as a united voice of four regional organizations and eight global organizations of persons with disabilities (PDOs). As argued in this document, inclusive social development can be understood as the ability of states to ensure the completeness, exercise of social, economic and cultural rights of their citizens, providing forums for participation and recognition, ensuring access to key areas of well-being and addressing social inequalities. The object of the research: Implementation of the 2030 Agenda at the European level and the measures taken to ensure an inclusive environment and a sustainable social development. Purpose of the research: Study of the commitments and measures reflected in the European policies regarding ensuring an inclusive environment and the results obtained at the current stage. All democratic states plead for full respect for human rights, empowering the person to actively participate in social, political and economic life. This desire can be achieved only when creating the optimal environment for the development of social performances and skills, which would ensure the ability to face the challenges of contemporary life, but also to be competitive and active in social life.
