Poultry sector has a strategic importance in national economy, supplying industry with raw material, and has a purpose - to meet the needs of people with dietary foods. In all categories of poultry farms, the number of birds increased by 6.8%, parallel with all it was reduced the marketing of eggs laying bird. The most developed country in the production of eggs for consumption is China - 44.90%, followed by the U.S. - 8.1% 3.9% India, Japan - 3.8% and Russia with 3.2% and Australia recovered and only 0.2% of global production. Production of eggs for consumption within countries varies from 1.3 to 3.0%.Meat exports in total countries increased by 244 000 tones, the largest amount of broiler meat is exported by Brazil, EU, China. |
